Our next trip to Zimbabwe will be September 17-30, 2010 being a coordinated effort between As He Is USA and Southeast Christian Church of Louisville, Kentucky. Southeast Christian Church has lead many short-term mission trips to Zimbabwe in the past and look forward to leading another trip. The team consist of nine individuals who have met the qualifications and will travel. The team attended a weekend retreat on August 13th and 14th to prepare for the trip. 

 

Denny Vogel, who has lead previous short term mission trips to Zimbabwe for Southeast Christian Church and has been involved with missions in Zimbabwe, South Africa and Cuba, will be the team leader for our trip in 2010.

 

This trip will be using team members who have a heart to further the Kingdom of God. Rather that person is gifted in the medical field, a construction trade, preaching and teaching, working with children, individual or marriage counseling, or just wants to help, God will use them to help Glorify His Kingdom.
